How much are your fees?
My fee is £120 per assessment or therapy session.
What is the length and frequency of sessions?
Assessment and therapy sessions last for 50 minutes. I currently have availability to see clients on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays. There is some limited availability for evenings and Saturday mornings (online appointments only). Session frequencies vary and are based on the needs and preferences of the client.
How long will therapy take?
For some people a shorter number of sessions will be beneficial. Long-term therapy may be better suited for those seeking lasting change. I can offer the flexibility to work with each individual for the period of time that works for them.
Is everything I tell you confidential?
Yes, I am committed to providing a safe and confidential psychological service. Information shared in therapy is treated as confidential; however, confidentiality may be broken if there is a serious risk of harm, safeguarding concerns involving a child or adult at risk, or a legal requirement to disclose information. Wherever possible, this will be discussed with you first.

What is remote therapy and how can it be helpful?
Remote therapy is a session that takes place either by telephone or video call. This can be very helpful for those that have a busy work/life schedule or if you have a health issue which makes it difficult to get to appointments in person. Remote therapy also means that you can work with a psychologist who is a specialist in your area of difficulty, rather than needing to choose someone based on them being local to you.
